GuardNVR doesn’t boot
and emits beep sounds
A hardware device malfunctioned.
• The RAM memory malfunctions
o Check if the RAM memory is correctly inserted
o Replace damaged RAM memory
o Replace any RAM memory that is not compatible
with the GuardNVR
o Contact your hardware distributor
• Another component malfunctions
o Contact your hardware distributor
The keyboard or mouse
doesn’t function
a) The lights (LED) on the input device don’t function.
• Cables not properly connected
o Make sure that the mouse or keyboard cable is
firmly connected to the GuardNVR
• Input device broken
o Check the mouse or keyboard on another PC
b) The lights (LED) on the input device function, but there is no
reaction on movement.
• Input device connected by PS/2
o Reboot the unit
• Input device connected by USB
o Disconnect the device and connect it again
